Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to my secure, encrypted video platform (JaneVideo). With one simple click, you’ll enter a private online waiting room, and I’ll meet you there at your scheduled time. Most clients quickly find that it feels as though we’re sitting together in the same room. Sessions are fully confidential and encrypted for your security. On your end, you’ll be in control of your own comfortable, safe, and private space.

You are always in control during hypnotherapy: you can talk, move, or even stop the session at any time. What if I can’t be hypnotized?
