Fundamentally, my approach is relational, warm and engaging that values the therapeutic relationship as a central element in healing and growth. We work together to explore current and past relationships and understand protective mechanisms and how these may be impacting your wellbeing. Through a safe and empathic space, you can explore your current struggle, gain insight into your relational patterns and developmental past, learn to understand your adaptive strategies and create positive changes. I aim to offer a compassionate and collaborative environment where we can work together to address your struggles and build a more fulfilling life.
My approach is flexible and holistic and combines elements from various therapeutic methods to tailor treatment to your unique needs. Rather than sticking to one-size-fits-all, I draw from a diverse tool-kit of research backed approaches including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Ego/Child State Therapy, EMDR and Mindful-Somatic Hypnosis to create a personalized therapy experience. The goal is to help you experience the changes you want to see in a way that works best for you.

All my sessions are conveniently online using Doxy.me, a secure, end to end encrypted Videoconferencing platform that is very easy to use. In the comfort of your own home, with the HD picture, you will feel like we are in the same room.
Videoconferencing is an excellent way of doing therapy with equally effective results. In fact, many clients report that having sessions online is even more effective due to increased comfort and privacy. With no travel time it is very accessible and you can both be in separate locations which can make scheduling easier.
